Kitchen Remodeling
This was an empty basement where, together with the client we designed the layout and a loose plan for finishing touches. The ideas were a work in progress which all came together beautifully in the end. We framed out walls and built it from the ground up. I designed the bar area to be a fully functional wet bar, equipped with an ejection pump system. The back wall behind the bar is a real brick laminate with custom cabinetry and storage areas below. Also with a concealed removable panel hiding all the mechanicals of the house. The bar was finished onsite to perfectly match the flooring.

Bathroom Remodeling

This was a previous basement layout from 40 years ago. We gutted the entire area and working with the client's design and vision, we rebuilt it from there. We installed all new walls, and the new addition of a bathroom with ejection system, updated electric, suspended ceiling and recessed lighting, wainscot, and beautiful cork flooring.
Door Installation/Replacement
Framing
This 1500 sq ft basement project was from beginning to end. Along with the client we designed the space, creating a fully functional environment for the whole family. From framing out the walls to all the finishing touches. It is adorned with a wet-bar and home theater area, sectioned of by French pocket doors. A work-out room with rubber flooring, and for afterwards, a full bathroom equipped with a steam shower. We appointed the rooms with great detail, from crown moulding and wainscot paneling, to the bar and built in bench seat, cabinet unit, and the kids built in activity center. We also installed all the flooring which consisted of Laminate, High Impact rubber, tile, and carpet. The ideas are limitless!
