Bny Laundry Mat

I've done my laundry at this location twice. The first time was great. Friendly service, affordable and dependable machines, great location. During my second visit, I was horribly disrespected by the staff. I dropped my clothes off, put them in the washing machine and left for an hour to attend my class. I came back to dry my clothes and the manager said that I was too late and that they close at 8pm. The business hours on the door displayed 9pm. I mentioned the business hours that were displayed on the door and the manager said that they were closing early. I added that I was not made aware that they were closing early. At this point, I proceeded to dry my laundry. At 8pm, the manager came to my dryer and turned it off without a word. I was livid. I turned the dryer back on. He came back and turned the dryer off again and refunded me the time I had left on the dryer. He began to argue with me after I asked "is this how you treat your customers?" and threatened to call the police if he turned my dryer off again. His wife (I'm assuming) said something in their language that I did not understand and he walked away. I continued drying my clothes. At this point, he became even more rude when he began to vacuum the lint traps, almost tripping me with cord. I told him that I will never patronize their business again. I have sent them so many customers. This was a very maddening experience.
