Ashland Auto Glass

3 weeks ago, Keith came and replaced my windshield that was leaking. He only took 2 hours and it looked good. He was even able to save my inspection sticker and county sticker. However when I drive over 45 MPH, it makes a wobbling/whooshing noise. At 70 MPH it is pretty loud and somewhat scary. I called today and he is coming back to check it out next week. When I paid for the work thinking I would use a credit card, he told me he only takes check or cash. I gave him a check. I called him a week later asking him to give me a receipt as he didn't give me one when I paid. He mailed me a receipt that showed the price I paid. It had nothing on it about the warranty that he verbally told me. When I called him today I asked him if he had a warranty in writing that he could give me a copy of. He said that he "verbally told me the lifetime warranty covers everything with the windshield except rocks coming up from the road". I asked him if he would write that down for me. He said no. I asked him if I wrote what the warranty covered on my receipt, if he would initial it when he came. He got beligerant and said "I TOLD YOU VERBALLY WHAT MY WARRANTY IS AND I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS BLAH BLAH YEARS AND YOU HAVE MY WORD". I told him that doesn't hold up in court ... that it needs to be in writing. He asked me if I still wanted him to come out next week and look at it. I hope he is as good as his word as I plan to keep this car another 7-8 years. But I wished I had spent the extra $40 and gone with the other place I checked out that has their warranty spelled online in writing. I will update this when he comes next week to see what the problem is.

Keith came out with impending rain and installed a window in my sons truck!! I wouldn't use anyone else! The job was done quickly and excellently! If you want quality work at a GREAT reasonable price...call them!!
