Master Muffler & Brake

my mom took her car to them, the brakes was grinding when she put them on, they fixed the power steering hose and checked brakes, they had the car several days and said the brakes are are ok, charged over $200 and she got it back, it still grinded when she put brakes on, my moms brother is an a1 mechanic and checked them and said pads were aweful and he replaced the bad ones today. she could had a bad wreck and others could have been hurt. i dont recommend master muffler in gleason,tn

My Family on vacation. 3-12 _16.. had gotten 2 flats. Stopped at Master muffler. A.k.a. Morris muffler. For help. They had 4 young kids in car. Plus themselfs. ( parents). A hr. Before closing. They shut door on them saying they was closed. Couldn't help. Fine business quality service there. Leaving a family stuck in the rain. 2 thumbs down for this business.

Worst costumer service I've ever seen.stopped in at 3:45 p.m for balancing tires and was told they couldn't do it. They close at 5 p.m. No other cars being worked on at the time. They were playing solitare on the computer.
