Luna Pizza

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was ice cold. I called immediately and asked for the manager. The person who answered told me the manager was not on duty and could he help me. I explained the situation and he told me he delivered it and it wasn't cold. I guess he decided that it wasn't cold and offered no apology nor follow-up. I called the manager the next day who said how could he be sure I wasn't scamming him for a free pizza. I assured him I was not. After much arguing I convinced him to make good and deliver another for free after he insisted on offering me an employee discount for the better part of 5 minutes. I got my free pizza. Tried these guys again and this time tried to order grinders from the menu. I was told by the very impatient person on the phone that not everything was available. We had to change our order. I asked him to repeat what was available when he actually said, "I told you already". At that time I simply said "thank you and good-bye". I've never called again.
