Owner takes excellent care of my dogs. Treats the dogs kindly. Does excellent grooming. Takes wonderful care of them when we board them when we are away. I would never take them anywhere else!

I couldn't be happier with this kennel. I would recommend this kennel to anyone who was looking to take their animals to a clean loving place. I couldn’t have been happier with the staff they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. The owner was very personable and kind. You couldn’t beat her prices or personality. I have three very large dogs, and she treated my dogs as if they were her own. When I arrived to pick them up they were happy and overjoyed to see me. I felt very comfortable leaving my animals there and will be doing it again in the future! If you take your pets to Jo-Glenn you won’t be disappointed!!!

Best kennel in the area, won't take my dogs any place else!! The staff is very attentive to my dogs and very helpful to me when needed. My dogs are happy when arriving to see them and always look and smell great when we pick them up. I highly recommend Jo-Glen Kennel to all of my family and friends...Your dogs will enjoy their stay and be very well taken care of at this kennel.

Avoid at all costs! I had to leave my dog with them last min. because the kennel i normally use was not available. I inquired about the price before dropping her off. when I dropped her off i did not get to see where they were going to keep her. The lady just took her our leash and all through the back. the lady who I dealt with was I believe the owner and she was not very friendly. But i figured everyone has bad days. when I went to pick her up a few days later the price was about twice what I had expected but to be fair I did ask that they trim her nails so I guess they charge the same for that as a 3 day stay in the kennel. but what disturbed me the most was when they brought her out to me, her leash which was perfectly fine and almost brand new was now frayed to almost nothing in 3 places it was also covered in rust and left my hands and my car seats covered also. my dog was completely filthy more so then I have seen any other kennel experience. not only that but when I leave her at a kennel when I pick her up she is always happy licking me and just jumping around in general this time however the only thing she was concerned with was trying to drag me out the door to the car! If you love your dog at all please do not even consider this hell hole!
