Suburban Water Technology

The tank had to be replaced, but the technician's availability is not for 3 weeks, so for those 3 weeks, I had to purchase drinking water in a supermarket. Walter Walsky, the owner of the company does not care and his excuse was that they are very busy and do not have technicians available.

Had their equipment installed years ago and never had any problems. I noticed that something wasn't right with the water and called them. The girl on the phone said she would have a service guy talk to me and see if they needed to get someone to come out and fix it. Rich talked to me and figured out the problem on the phone and even talked me through fixing it! Definitely will always use them for my water needs.

Poor service. Left without finishing the job and damaged the Jet Pump. Is now avoiding returning calls and paying for an emergency service call they caused.
