Steve's Carpet Service Inc

We had a few broken tiles replaced by Steve's carpet. Two weeks later we washed the floor and the grout came out. Steve's carpet agreed this should not happen and said they would fix it. Unfortunately, after me calling (or stopping by in person) every week for 6 weeks, I was unable to have the shoddy work repaired. They kept saying Larry would call me, and seem surprised every week when I said he had not.

I stopped at their store on 903 on Aug 21 at 1:00 PM. I drove 20 minutes from my vacation home to buy carpet and make the necessary arrangements for measuring and installation. I waited for about 15 minutes for the lone salesman to finish helping another customer. I received the customary "be with you in a minute" as he had to make a call after helping the customer. Just as he was ready to help, the phone rang and he began to help the customer on the phone with what appeared to be the same thing that I drove to the store to accomplish. After five minutes of listening to him help the phone customer I left. Do not go to the store, call and you will get much better service.
