Golden Corral Restaurants

Normally I go to the Golden Corral at this location at least one A month but I've been out of town for 30 days come back expecting to go there for breakfast with a couple of my roommates on a Saturday morning we went at 9 o'clock I thought it be a little crowded but it wasn't. It was surprising to me when I went in to dish up my food and noticed that was hardly a lot of the selections that are normally there were not there be quite honest the grits was probably the best thing I had Bacon was burnt and little pieces crumbled up hardly anything in the tray lot of foods missing lot of breads missing or burnt too. I was AMAZED over that was miss match labels were wrong on the food I don't know I didn't finish my one plate of food that I had gotten it was too greasy I did not enjoy my meal my 2 roommates are both in the house now getting any antiacid because they have upset stomach from eating the food there today it just just is not what it normally was the waitress said they were missing a truck load of stuff so they were short on foods I doubt that was the case I went by the dessert counter just to see what was their most everything was missing
off of that normally is there there was 1 type of cookie a couple of sweet rolls I noticed that the a gentleman came in was filling the donuts up in 1 of the trays that I went out the Dunkin donuts and but Dunkin donuts I don't know I was really disappointed in the place I've been going to Golden Corral for years I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again I only have 1 suggestion as cheap as the place seems to be now the juice was still good maybe they should water them down and save money

Absolutely horrible customer service! I called to order the Thanksgiving dinner to go, and first was told they didn't know if they were doing that this year. Then was told yes, they're doing it but I would have to call back tomorrow and talk to the General manager, Linda. I call back and ask for Linda and was hung up onand then when I called back, I was told to call back because she was too busy to take my call! Are u kidding me??? I'm calling to order and PREPAY an $80.00 dinner, and nobody can take my order????

Only place I know of where I can get fried chicken, a strip of steak, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, spinach salad with all my faves on it, and then dip a fresh strawberry and a coconut kabob on a stick in a fountain of chocolate, and hubby can eat his all time favorite classic of clam chowder (which he ONLY gets here, because I don't eat clam chowder) and his all time favorite bourbon chicken, strip of steak, french fries, pizza, fried shrimp, etc. my favorite place to eat!
