        DO NOT GO TO THIS COOL CUTS! T...

        DO NOT GO TO THIS COOL CUTS! The manager is unprofessional and DO NOT USE SARA! Not only does she smell like cigarettes but she took 1-hour to cut a 6-year-olds hair that sat very still . Worst of all the hair-cut was not even and my son had no bangs. How hard is it to look at a picture (which is the only way she could cut the hair) and do it! Not to mention we stood at the counter to pay for 10 minutes while Sara was sweeping up hair and cleaning the chair, counter. When I said something to the manager in a rude response she replied that's Cool Cuts protocol to clean up before checking anyone out. Way to lose business for Cool Cuts but I guess they get paid by the hour so they do not care.
