Read the reviews before deciding to ever do business with this band of thieves. Made appt for inspection, but no mechanic there after driving hour go get there on time. Finally had service after quoted prices over phone, and overcharged $100 on parts and labor. After three calls and very disorganized reasons why, an most unprofessional manager hung up on me. Should have listened to my friend who told me not to go there, but they were the closest dealer. Sold that yamaha and will be very careful where and what I purchase next time to get reasonable service.

Been Reading down through all these other reviews and figured id add my personal one SINCE I USED to work there back in 2013 it is the worst place to ever go and worst place to work there in the 9 months I worked there I seen them rip more people off then I can count and was told to fix things in such a manor that it was unsafe for riders.....Needless to say I never fixed things there way but instead the right way to make things worse they had me be part of there sales and I don't meen motorcycles I meen take one owner 30mins from the shop to a sketchy car garage where I was told to either stay out side or drive the truck back to the shop while he would then bring back a random car to sell in our parking lot never once could I stay around while the transaction happened...ONE of the cars they sold was a big suv that they sold to a guy with NO!! LICENSE due to a DUI, so I had to drive the guy and this big suv to his house with nobody following us and once we got there his buddy who reeked of boos and was holding a beer first said oh you can just stay here with us for awhile and after I kept refusing is when he finally grabbed his beer and took me back to Crossroads in his car which like him smelled of beer...they then laid me off for winter and time spring came around when most mechanics are already getting back to there shops or applied else where I was calling and calling and calling with them giving the same excuses as another persons comments said owners not here owner went to lunch stuff like that finally I annoyed them so much the owner finally picked up the phone and told me that they never intended on bringing me back and that they hired his sons friend to do my job... So I had to scramble to get a job because they couldn't have just told me 4 months prior when they laid me off

Awesome people

I started stopping down at Crossroads to get parts and the guys who work there are awesome. There always helpful and knowledgeable.

I had my Yamaha raptor there for a full service and new tires recently and was very pleased. They did a fast and great job. They even tossed on a new set of grips free of charge.

I will definitely be going back and when I'm ready to purchase a new quad for my son there the only place I will deal with.

I have been to a lot of motorcycle shops and this huge place is by far my favorite.

Why not to buy a motorcycle fr...

Why not to buy a motorcycle from Crossroads in Gibsonia? Clear and simple: disrespect from top-down. If ‎‎you want a decent service for your buck, go elsewhere. There are plenty of motorcycle dealers around. ‎ ‎‎...... Who am I? I currently own three bikes, a Goldwing 1800, a Honda ST1300, and a new Suzuki 250 ‎recently ‎purchased from Crossroads (not for my personal use). On average, I buy a new bike every other ‎year. I got ‎my motorcycle license about 30 years ago. In 2011 alone I already covered over 15,000 miles ‎between the ‎Goldwing and the ST.‎ ...... The story: I bought a new bike and the decent service ended after ‎Crossroad cashed my check. According ‎to PENNDOT, it took Crossroads over two months to mail in the ‎title application, which caused the ‎temporary (three months) registration to expire. I alerted Crossroads ‎that this may happen 4 weeks before ‎the end of the three-month period, and every week thereafter. ‎Finally, I got the title and registration in a ‎three-week delay. Crossroads didn’t even bother to apply for an ‎extension for the temporary registration ‎despite verbal promises. I was never able to get the owner—Bill ‎Krebs—on the phone because he either ‎‎“went for lunch,” “did not return from lunch,” or “did not come to ‎work today.” They never return calls, ‎not a single time through those three months and three weeks, not ‎the owner and not a single person in this dealership. The ‎person handling titles there—Pam—suggested ‎that I can still ride the bike with an expired temporary ‎registration, but I just need to be nice to the LEO if I ‎am pulled over and everything would be fine (now, ‎what would they know about “nice”). ‎ ...... My ‎recommendation: Just stay away from this dealership. If you buy there, it may be that everything will ‎go ‎fine for you and you will be happy, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be on your own. This ‎is not ‎the type of dealership that is aiming at developing long-lasting relationships with customers. There ‎are ‎many dealerships around and, especially in the current economy, will be willing respect your for you ‎buck.‎

Crossroads Motorsports was one of the first motorcycle dealers in the state to have online access to the PA Dot Computer system. This means our customers do not have to wait a lengthy period to receive there documentation and registration. In either case sometimes there are circumstances delay processing, we try to do everything to avoid such delays. We have many happy return customers. The manufactures and our customers have voted us one highest rated dealers in the nation. I am sorry that your experience was less exceptional.
