Maring Donna Income Tax Service

Donna has done my taxes for 10 years or more. She is professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem contacting her office by phone and have experienced excellent response to all my inquiries.

I have been trying to reach this office to ask a question if my school taxes had been paid after a refinance. I called the number provided (717) 334-4871 and it just rings 30 times before an automated message state..."All circuits are busy, please try your call later. 8 Switch 96-27. This is not very professional when someone is trying to get information about their taxes. What kind of busy does not have an answering service or someone to answer the phone??? This is unacceptable and I still do not know the information because I cannot get anyone to answer my call!!!
