Geronimo Winds Duplexes

lived here for 6 months. This place sucks! management is never there making it impossible to pay rent. they don't even have an answering machine in their office so you have to make repeated calls to ask a question or to get ahold of someone. the duplexes are low quality- doors were falling out of there hinges constantly- almost as if they were just glued in to the hinges (not screwed on).

management made repeated promises that were never met- said there would be a pool and storage units in by summer, but i never saw them. when we moved in they couldn't even find the keys to our unit. they found one but couldn't find the other 5, and then when we asked to get new locks put on acted like it was a major hassle. i'm sorry but if you don't know where the other 5 keys are then who knows where they are. anyone could just let themselves in to my place!

and there was rampant crime down that one street. geronimo winds refused to pay to install flood lights either when our neighbors car was stolen. another duplex was broken in to but the owner was there and managed to chase the perp away.

overall were ridiculous to work with and could never get anything done in a timely manner. go live someplace else.
