Absolutely the most unprofessional office I have ever visited. Over an hour wait time, attitudes from every staff member except the nurse practitioner. While trying to fill out paperwork, the receptionist/ nurses assistant had a relative on the phone, and would talk to us both at the same time, at a very loud volume and was spewing rude comments to the other end of the phone. For the next visit, I called to reschedule my appointment, ahead of the 24 hour window and left a voicemail. They responded back and replied that they couldn’t reschedule for 7-9 weeks and that they had canceled my appointment. Obviously that wasn’t ideal, so I called to let them know I would keep my appointment, but since they cancelled it, I couldn’t get my spot back. Even though I only asked for a reschedule and a return phone call. All in a matter of hours. Attitude the entire time. I had anxiety just driving to the building.
