I had to get my AC repaired three times and it still doesn’t work well. Then had to get some more work done and got quoted one price over the phone and then got charges a few hundred dollars more then the quote. I discussed it with them and they said it was because of their glitchy phones. Do not recommend this company at all. Do not trust them and please don’t waste your money coming here.

These people have a severe ineptness for communicating information! I will never return! I do not recommend their services! Pay more for someone else do give you better customer service!

I came here on a Saturday morning in November. I do not remember the name of the clerk that checked me in. It was not MIchael. I called in advance and was told that they had a wait of about 2.5 hours for an oil change. Having things to do, I decided to drop my car off and give them the time that they needed.

I checked on my vehicle after 1.5 hours and they still had not begun work. 20 minutes later however, they called me and reported being nearly complete. So, I made my way over there. 15 minutes later I arrived and waited for 10 more minutes. I was not acknowledged when I returned, except in the third person. Finally, after overhearing reports from service members that they didn't have the right filter for my car, I approached the desk. At that point, the desk clerk admitted to my car actually not being ready and lacking a part. He said that a van with the correct part was on its way. So, I told him that I would be back in 20 minutes.

35 minutes later I returned and he told me that the van brought back the wrong part. I asked how much longer and he said 90 minutes! He didn't bother to call me while I was away to tell me that it would be longer. Rather, he simply waited until I made the effort to come all of the way back to break the bad news. So, I called my wife and she picked me up. As we were walking into the house, 25 minutes later, they called to say that the car was ready!

I cannot believe that they were so bad at communicating honestly with me! How hard is it to tell me while I am sitting there that my car is actually not ready for pick up and that it will be a while longer?! And, if the wrong part arrived, why can't you call me and tell me so before I make the effort to come back!? Finally, why did you so incorrectly misquote your time?! It took 3.5 hours from start to finish and they didn't volunteer much useful information. It wasted my morning that I could have otherwise used for a lot of other more valuable errands.

I will never return! The service was so bad, I hope that you learn, too, that your money is better spent elsewhere!

We took our car to get an inspection here and they wanted us to pay close to $1100 to "fix" our car. We declined and they offered to get it in "good enough condition" to pass for around $650. We again declined. They said we needed to replace the master cylinder and basically the whole brake system. (And it needed a new seat belt-because it would not retract.) We went to the auto part store, bought some brake fluid, filled it (it was at "minimum"-but brakes have always worked great) and replaced the seat belt our self. Took it back to have it re-inspected and they told us they would not pass our car if we did not replace the master cylinder! We took it to a different station and they passed it without any trouble.

Sun Auto is Awesome

I love Sun auto. Everytime I've taken my car in they treat me like a person not just an idiot who doesn't know anything. And before they do any work they call and let you know how much it is going to be and quick to it.:)
