Arctic was able to get me scheduled the same day and fix the problem. Serviceman was prompt, professional, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed problem and had the parts on the truck that he needed to fix (replace) the culprit. A/C was back up and running in less than 20 minutes. He also made the additional effort to spot ck entire unit to make sure there were not any other issues that needed attention. He found no other apparent problems. Trustworthy service.
