Todd's Taxi

Robert told us it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later nothing, so we call back and he said 10 more minutes. Call back again 10min later cause no show, offer him $7 more, then he says he be right there. Never came. Assholes!!!

Whoever the lady was driving tonight... she is the bomb!!!! I have 2 kids and cant leave my house, she went to the store for me, and is just amazing!!!! Pleasant, and all around a good person!! Was here within 15 minutes! Amazing!!!

I had mike as a driver for this company. I knew it wasnt going to be pleasant when as soon as i got in his car he starts screaming and swearing cause his phone died. He told me " I was lucky he had his gps cause how far away i live" I live right in geneva off of a main road it is not hard to find, and just wanted a ride to the next town over.. while in the car for 5 minutes he starts huffing and puffing asking me how far and how much longer is it gonna be.. at this point im in shock this guy was a disaster his vehicle was a disaster and his driving was scary.. once we get to the destination i pull out the amount i was told it would be over the phone and he laughs at me and says it going to be double what i have.. i told him i was told a certain amount and he immediatly calls his boss and tells him a bunch of lies about how he had to drive through 3 towns just to pick me up and then one town to drop me off.. and wont let me talk to the owner at all so it ended up being way more then i was told in the first place. So i payed a bunch of money for absolutely horrible disgusting service. I will never recommend anyone to this taxi service..

Todd's taxi is a smoke free taxi and I love it and his service so call Todd's taxi anytime you need a cab

Today I had someone call for a taxi to pick me up at Walmart. We asked for it at 315 and they guy who answered the phone said they would be there at 310 jo sooner no later. Yet I stood there waiting and ended up having to call and find another ride. I understand that the weather wasn't the greatest, if you didn't fell safe driving that's all you had to say. That wasn't the case nor way cause 3 hours later I see them still out run. I guess I'll have to just make sure to use the other one.
