Horrible "service". Walk in, nobody at the front. Sign reads "get ticket at concessions. After standing there for a bit, a girl decides to stop talking with her friends, walks over and says bluntly. "What do you want?" Classy, not.

For Christmas I purchased Fandango gift cards (after going on the Fandango website and verifying they were a Fandango theater). When my kids tried to go to the movies they were told they don't accept the gift card's, so I went back on the website to purchase tickets and found that they also don't sell tickets on the Fandango website! It is almost 200 miles to the nearest theater that sells Fandango tickets! I bought the cards at the Gaylord Wal-Mart. Bottom line: I am out $150 and not of the companies involved will refund the cards! I am not certain how they can be a Fandango theater if they won't let you buy Fandango tickets!!#

This is not a very good theater. I went their with my family on New Year Eve, to watch The Chipmunks. I went to the Food stand to buy food, Popcorn and pop. I purchased a Take two: 2 popcorns, and 2 pop's, and I purchased 1 large popcorn and 2 med. Pop's. I asked if I could pay more to make one of the pop's a large. The male Employee said no. I said ok, give me a large pop. Thats a total of 5 Pop's. I only got three cups. I tried to explain to this male employee that I only got three cups, and needed at least 4. (I had four people in my group) Even though I paid for 5 cups. He wouldn't give me anymore cups, and stated that he gave me 4 and they must be stuck together. We argued about it. I said forget it, and went to watch the movie. (Which my arguing to the employee about not getting what I paid for, Made me miss the beginning of the movie.) When I got with my group, I did check the cups, and I was right I only got three.. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? This theater didn't care if they over charge you or not. I would not recommend this place at all. Charlevoix, Petoskey, Traverse City is better than this place....
