Ogle's Neighborhood Service & Towing

Do not take your vehicle there. Their mechanics are very inexperienced. If you do take it there, you will have to bring it back the next day and they will charge you for their mistakes.

I have been using Ogle's Neighborhood Service for years. They do good work, but they are over priced on service. I was not going to pay $250 to put a $39.00 pump on my car. It is not that hard to change it so I told them I would do it myself. They had already taken the belt off the car, so I asked them to put it back on. They charged me $30 for their service. On the way home the belt came off, leaving me stranded on the side of the road because they did not put the belt on properly. I had no tools or even my cell phone with me to call for help. Thanks for the good people of Sevier County that stopped and helped me out. There are some bad business in the area, and this is one of them; but there are some wonderful people that live here and will help anyway they can. To all those wonderful people that stopped to help. Thank You and God Bless You! Ogle's I will never be back or recommend you to any one again.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for 7+ years. Not wanting to blindly trust anyone, we have tried other places during our transition to "Ogles only," but were unable to beat these folks' extraordinary fairness and professionalism. We drive older vehicles, yet are never spoken to even the slightest bit condescendingly. In a most careful way, it is always _explained_ (not merely told) to us exactly what is wrong, and what our options are, including what route may be best if we choose do-it-yourself. (Having maintained my own vehicles in my younger days, including engine rebuilds, I would not be easily fooled.) They always save us money, yet their repairs are timely and lasting. If you are reading this because you believe finding an honest, affordable mechanic is practically a miracle, then I invite you to try Ogle's. Great service and they saved me alot on unneaded repairs recomended at another shop. Now I would not use anyone else.

Last Tuesday, The night before our Wedding. Cruising along a Gatlinburg busy road, just had a wonderful dinner, laughing, enjoying the sites...our car all of a sudden stopped responding and all the gages dropped like a stone! We coasted to the side of the road. Just cars buzzing by in the middle of no where! Called the Police Station to see who they reccomended...Ogles it was! 30 minutes later we were being driven back to our HoneyMoon Suites Cabin in a huge tow truck! Our driver told us if we werent able to get a rental in the morning to call him! He or his sons would drive us to the Chapel ! How AWESOME is that!? We did get a rental...and we made it to the Chapel on time! It was our Alternator that died. They got the part fast! Kept us updated on it! ...and they finished it the next day we were to go back home (Thursday)! Everyone was very nice and professional! The whole experience with them was Great! Ogles will be in our memories Forever! :)

Good price the people were very rude and they knew I had an emergeny and instead of taking care of me they told them to holdOff on my car to work on their own car. I would not come back.
