Rainbow Vacuum

I have never in my life been more disappointed than I am now. My friend Carrie Ledford decided to start selling rainbow vacuum cleaners. She went to a meeting last night and while she was doing her lead list, she put Aquan and myself down on the paper the lady named Jenny came up to her and looked at the list and saw our names, then proceeded to ask Carrie and I quote "is this an interracial couple?" Carrie looked at her confused and said "uh yeah, why?" then Jenny says to her "I would be careful working with that demographic of people!" And proceeds to keep saying stuff about how interracial couples tend to not pay on their products. Carrie and myself have been friends for almost 4 years and for someone who doesn't know us to say something of that nature it really pissed her off. I could tell when she called me this morning she was extremely upset that someone who is supposed to be running a business would have the nerve to say something like that.

Do NOT deal with this office! They hire convicted felons to come out to your home. They could care less and obviously don't do background checks. Luckily I looked up the one that was sent to my house,. Now I'll have to look into a security system because he's convicted of drugs, larceny, and many others within the last 2 yrs.

Rainbow is a great vacuum system, but the customer service/ people who work in the office are horrible, rude, and inconsiderate! I am not talking so much about the people who come out to demo the product, it's the people in the office and owner. They tell or teach the employees how to work the Rainbow. They tell the employees to have the customers fill out a gas voucher and a referral list. They only do that to get some names out of the customer. The people educating the employees are saying that the voucher is so they can give out gas cards, they won't call anyone unless they have won and they won't call the names on the back of the card unless they win. It's a lie!! The names are only for the purpose of getting more demos lined up! The employees don't all know this!! The office is trying to get the employees to lie!! Don't be upset at the sales people, be upset at the office personnel.
