This location is convenient for our residents, prospective residents and Association members. It is also part of our commitment to the growth of Gastonia, Gaston County and the surrounding towns Property Matters Realty knows that a healthy and viable real estate market in Gaston County will enhance the value of the properties that we so carefully manage. Property Matters Realty is a licensed by the NC Real Estate Commission and our president, Worth Trey M. Helms, III, is a licensed real estate broker and the broker-in-charge of the company.         Wish that you could pay premium prices for a slumlord experience? Property matters is your go to place. They realty don't do repairs or maintenance on the property, but you can spend a lot of money so that they can duck your calls.
