There use to be a gentlemen that work at this location that was great now he is gone and the women in there don't care won't help me knew the DR.office had tried many times to fax them but Griffin would not do anything to fix the problem she told me it not her job to let the doctor know she not getting their faxes 4 in all over a 2 month period all for a pair of compression stockings I suffer from VCT and phlebitis blood clots after 4 faxes from my doctor and 2 months I still have no stocking even after my wife got off work and drove 40 miles to hand delivery the script she was told we won't order them until he comes in and get sized. My wife said order the size you have on file Janice said no so my wife left.
