Always good food and service. Cheap prices and you get a lot of food. Chicken tenders are the best. Buffalo style.

This is one of the worst restaurant chin I have been to. I have been to the one in University and it is just as bad .The one in Gastonia I found hair in my food and the manager never came to our table to apologize he just keep walking by our table. No drink menu to look at and the bathrooms were so nasty and there was something dropping from the ac vent onto the floor of the bathroom were there was a big puddle of water . They could have put something under it. It took 35 min. to get our dessert. Never again !!

Don't bother! Overdone steaks, sides that obviously sit in a vat instead of being freshly made and prices that do NOT match the quality. This is by far the worst chain restaurant I've ever been to! Save your cash for one of the better NON-chain restaurants in the area, or even any OTHER chain than this!

We dined here with our two children ages 5&3. It took us an hour and a half to get our food and when it finally came, our order was incorrect. By this time, my children were miserably hungry and just wanted to go home. We asked to speak with a manager and he barely apologized and didn't offer us anything other than bringing us the correct meal. My food was also cold when I received it and my MIL who has eaten there twice before said her food took forever and arrived cold as well. We definitely do not plan to visit this restaurant again. Don't waste your time and money eating here unless you like waiting for hours for mediocre cold food.

The food was ok (had to send the steak back for being over done) but the service is what killed it. My waitress, Cailtin B. was absolutely horrible. She was slow and had a terrible attitude. And if that wasn't bad enough, she got everything wrong and couldn't even split the check between 5 people. They'll never see me again.

We liked the food and service,But dissapointed when we had a hair in our dessert,and had to ask them to take it off our bill,A manager never came to our table to apologize and there were plenty of them there training.
