Uptop Hair Design

I've been fortunate to meet several really talented and professional stylists in the Raleigh/ Garner area since moving here in 1992; I have definitely had more positive experiences than negative. However, I have never had my hair done by someone as unprofessional and hood-rattish as the owner of Up Top Hair Design. Consider this review as a warning to customers who value courtesy, hair care knowledge and professionalism in a stylist...DO NOT GO TO UP TOP HAIR DESIGN and DO NOT LET LELE MESS UP YOUR HAIR!
