Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety

Brandon provided Great service for us today at our home in Cary, N.C.
He cleaned & checked our gas dryer vent, cleaned two gas fireplaces (which now look absolutely new)!
Having only been in our home for10 months, we had a number of question. Brandon was able to answer all of them. He also did a complete check of our smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. He is an extremely courteous, knowledgeable & professional gentleman. We feel so much better knowing everything has been fully checked over.

Quick courteous scheduling. Brandon arrived promptly (early even! 😃) and called ahead of time to let us know he was in his way. He did a very thorough job (roughly 3 hours). We have been working with Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety for many years and have always been very pleased with the results. Initially they just cleaned 'Swift nests' out of the chimneys. Then they put caps on the chimneys to keep the raccoons out. Recently we had the Laundry Dryer vent cleaned - we trust them - and they do really great work.
