Their knowledge comes from a wide span of experience and hard core sense of willingness to do the best that can be done. There is no room for margin of error , if correction is needed , it is quickly implemented. The owner is always kept abreast of the scope of work and that balance flows into the field, due to his weekly appearance on the job-sites.
