        Appliance sales team is excellent. Keep your fingers crossed that everything goes as planned because the management will pretty much tell you tough luck if it doesn't, even if they schedule delivery and don't show. Horrible general manager, Bryan Edwards; very egotistical and condescending. Does not have time for you.

        My family ordered fencing along with the installation and patio doors in early July from your store in Garner, North Carolina, Store #4088. We have yet to receive either but it has been charged to our credit card and we're paying for something we haven't received! We went to the Garner store on 8/25th and spoke with the assistant store manager who said he would check on the status of the order and would call us by today but we haven't heard from him or anyone else with Lowe's! — at Lowe's Home Improvement (1575 U S Highway 70 West, Garner, NC).
