        The office staff made me feel at home and respected by bestowing and showing dignity and professionalism. They are very friendly too. Kelli Stanley is amazing!! She is very thorough and detailed. She is prompt and provided clear, direct guidance through this process. This team made my terrible situation not seem so bad afterall. I was well educated on the process which confirmed I made the best decision.
