Big Joker Towing and Repair

I was traveling on the beltline with my truck pulling a trailer and my water pump went out suddenly, over the Christmas Holiday weekend. I called Big Joker towing, they were onsite in 10 minutes, and even diagnosed my problem to be a failed water pump, and then to my surprise offered to replace it at their shop in about 1.5 hours. I had nothing to lose so took a chance and not only did they complete the entire replacement under an hour, they did an awesome job! I will not hesitate to call these guys if ever needed in the future... MarkB

These guys represent outstanding customer service. I was on my way home after work/ after 5pm and my car was having issues with an injection coil and I was afraid I wouldn’t make it to the shop and they had a tow truck on stand by if needed. I was able to get my car there without towing and they stayed late past business hours with 0 complaints and were very kind and willing to help me. They confirmed the issue, got me directed for the right part and replaced it in no time. I would call them for any car towing and repairs and I highly recommend them to others.
