Big Lots

Love this Big Lots. Have been shopping here for years and it is one of my favorite locations. Employeea ways very helpful amd friendly.

I visited this store today May 8th at 3:49 PM. I purchased several items! There were two necklaces that were $10 each on a rack that was clearly marked, Buy one get one free, along with a description that seemed to match two necklaces I selected. When I went to check out, the cashier told me they weren't the ones that were buy one get one free. So, I told her I didn't want them, she set them to the side and rang up the items I wanted. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed I had been charged for the items I didn't want or receive. I called Tom Wilson and asked him to refund the $20 to my debit card. he was polite and told me there was nothing he could do without me coming back to the store. If I chose to return to the store, it would be to return everything I purchased! I need my $20 returned to me!
