Dollar General

This place has the rudest and laziest staff I've ever had the discomfort of dealing with. What ever happened to customer service? With attitudes like that you can rest assured the lot of you will never aspire to anything more than dollar store clerks! Especially the shorter dark haired woman!

If this company runs all of their stores this way, im shocked they are still in business! The employees are the rudest ive ever known!!! They make it clear they arent in the business of being helpful or polite, but rather stock stock and stock some more. 5 out of 6 times ive been here ive had to wait at the register because the employees are stocking or elsewhere in the store. You and other customers wait to the point 10 minutes has gone by and a customer has become frustrated enough they go find someone!!! Ive never been in any store that doesnt have a cashier and employees that let it be known youre on watch. The store is also in disaray. Its a mess, with boxes everywhere, carts, shelves, you name it! The prices are also wrong or items misplaced and check the food as i purchased EXPIRED food and had issues returning it. Worst customer service ever. Im suprised this store functions. But for the record anyone could get a cart full of crap and just leave because the employees dont care or bother to pay attention!

This store is not managed the rite way !!! Day workers are rude they don't show respect to customers! Prices are always wrong and they dnt want to fix them when your at the register customer is always rite but instead they the workers want to argue ! My daughter was in line to get a price and the lady Rita yelled at her and told her to go to the back of the line she didnt have time to deal with price check just rude i guess my money aint good enough for your store!!!
