I will definitely go to this clinic again. They were very helpful and professional. They showed they cared about my well being.

Just left this clinic after not being seen by a Dr. "The Office Manager/Part Owner" as she informed me, was very rude and unhelpful. She asked me to do her job by calling to verify my insurance coverage after she was unable to verify the insurance on her system. I've never been spoken to so poorly by any service provider of any kind. She was, obviously, having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Go here if you'd like, but, hopefully, you'll catch the Office Manager/ Part Owner in a better mood and she'll treat you like a paying customer and serve you well. This is the first negative review that I've ever written about a business...it was that bad.

Drove here from Riverchase, so I could see a doc close to home, after being in a minor car accident. Back was hurting and I was a little dazed and confused... After waiting in lobby an hour and paying my co-pay... Doctor said she would t treat me and that I should go to the ER.



This is my second bad experience here. The previous time, I had serious chest crud and they gave me nothing! Said call them back in a few days if it didn't get better and they would call in some prescriptions.. A week later I did call and they said I'd have to see a doctor again...



This place is only here to take your money, and treat minor scrapes and bruises. Avoid this place at all cost!

Rudest front staff ever. Uneduacted techs. Unapolegetic owners. Do yourself a favor, do not go to this unfriendly place, Michelle, front office is the worst.
