        Took car in for rear bumper repair. Estimate said 5 days. Ended up taking 19 days. Shop never made attempt to contact me about the delays. Would not even call me to let me know when it was done. I told owner I thought their shop was despicable and unreliable. Owner started yelling at me, using profanity, called me a mother^*^r and to get out of his shop.
