        Overall

        Do not rent from these people. They do not care about customer service or their equipment. I rented a mini dv camera from them and was given a firewire cable that did not fit my computer, even tho i told them the year of my computer. The camera was dirty, broken and the cable didn't work. I was unable to use the camera.

        Still, they kept half my money.

        DO not use this company. Their return policy was never mentioned and their policies are more important than their customers.
