        Overall

        I love this place. Its a small, private studio which is great for me because I dislike big gyms. It has a family like atmosphere and so much to offer for being small. I did private training and also trained with my friend. If i wasnt doing training I took a spin class or bootcamp. I've lost 30 lbs and have found fitness that I like.
