Oh!I hope this letter falls in the hands that will be able to make some better choices on how your Hotel should be run! Words~ can not ever begin to expain the nightmare I had staying at this Hotel. I hope and pray that my words and actions are heard from at least five different managers over you! That some action must be done in how situations are handled at this motel. The copy of this e-mail will be sent to the paper, the BBB, and anyone who opens it. 1st Your Rates change so frequenty from booking online to actual check in, and from check out.2nd Half of my clothes have been stolen 3rd you don't allow children in your lobby when I am trying to talk to a manager. Where was the sign posted "NO KIDS ALLOWED"( What kind of buisness is this!)4th I tryed to talk to your manager but KNOW she couldn't even give me the time or day.5. Patrick was so rude I thought I was dreaming? I have never, ever been insulted in this matter.any reviews I give on the cleaning was horrible.. Just horrible My stay with you was worse than sleeping on the streets. I again hope something is done and everyone is Fired. Treating paying customers with such disrespect is the worst anyone can do.

Checked in for one night for the snow storm on 12/10 - but wouldn't let us bring our family pet - little 12 pound poddle. So we had to stay in our frezzing house that's been gutted from hurricane IKE - all hotel and motels booked for biker weeking on the island. I don't understand the way people can be so harsh and in human.
