We were on a cross country trip when our car started making a horrible sound. I called their number at 7:00 PM and the owner answered the phone! He was so kind-he told me to bring the car in first thing the next morning and if he couldn't help me he would direct me to someone who could. After 45 minutes of diagnostics at which time he actually fixed the car he was not going to take any money! We insisted on tipping. We felt so fortunate to have called him-really such an honest and great guy.
