I am 74, when I called Chris Plumbing and asked how close he was to my address he said he was in Galloway. He said He could give me an estimate on his way to another job. When he came he was in flip flops, and shorts. I went up stairs to show him the water mark on floor around toilet, he said I probably need a new floor. I told him I had a new floor put in couple years back. Then he told me he would take out the toilet and check everything out. My son's caregiver was up stairs so I went down stairs so he could do his work. He came downstairs said my plumbing was all good, he could fix it now, went to a truck came back with no tool box, the caregiver was in the basement doing laundry, Chris came down no more than 15 minutes said all he had to do was tip the toilet solid, everything checked out. Said it was $100, I asked for a the discount in his add, said he already figured it in. Gave him a check, I walked out to the truck to get an invoice as he had no paperwork, when we got to the truck he gave me a business card, no address, picture of a lady and two children on it with a phone #. He told me he had been with Westland Messanger for years because if you get a complaint they would not let you advertise. Got in his truck. Next day I had water all over the floor, had to call another Plummer. He took a 74 year old lady and when I called he said he did not trust me. Sent him a letter he would not sign for it. We need to stop this guy.

extremely unprofessional. He did not do the work properly. I gave him three opportunities to come and fix it properly. He then had three no shows without calling to let me know or to cancel. I had to dispute with my credit card company. He then called and threatened me for payment . Would not recommend him to anyone
