Brookhaven Apartments

DON'T LIVE HERE!!! RENTERS BEWARE!! Updated appliances, not in my apt, if the weren't broke they were all dented up. My whole apt was slanted. Things not fixed in a timely matter, if at all.Mold thru out the shower, Our AC stops working, not a priority. Hot water handle broke. When we moved frm a 2bdrm to a 3 bdrm. Painters there 2days early. Stole so much, Items jst gone. From cleaning supplies to kitchen items, to Christmas items, some which were handed thru the family. They shampooed the carpet n all the old stains came bk up. I was told the carpet wasn't "old enough" to b replaced and so I bought a lot of rugs. Before the move to the 3 bdrm I was told I was getting " the nicer apt" it's was to have oak cabinets n new carpet. Then told me that the other one I didn't want to move in, that the countertops were slanted, that the rugs were in bad shape. Guess what one we really got?? Yeah, they look great on the outside but Don't be deceived.

If I could give this place 0, I would. Nothing ever works. Had mold when I moved in which let to 2 weeks in the hospital. They said they would compensate me and never did. My car has been broken into. I have seen over 50 police cars in a month. Unless you want to get mugged, don't live here.
