Leon met and exceeded all of my expectations during the buying process of a new Jeep for my wife. As an out-of-town buyer, I was a little apprehensive to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. But, after working with Leon, I knew that purchasing a vehicle with him and Criswell was the right choice. Leon was all you'd want in a sales representative: knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated and low-pressure. On his day off, Leon came into the dealership to make sure my car was reserved, and that it had a full tank of gas for the delivery. And, I'm very grateful to Leon for his effort in making the pick-up of the vehicle an extra-special and memorable moment for my wife. I was pretty happy with the overall service. I used TrueCar to have the price pre-negotiated, and aside from some computer issues (the Jeep that I wanted wasn't available), it was a pleasure. I got a great Jeep at a decent price and spent a total of 1.5 hours in the dealership.

I shopped for the best deal on my new 2014 Grand cherokee at several different dealers in Md and Va. Leon Travis at Criswell left me with the most positive impression when communicating by email. He was honest and straightforward and he honored the deal we had discussed. No sleazy games or gimmicks. I appreciated his patient and laid back selling style. Even after the sale he has been great about making sure we are completely satisfied with our new jeep. I'll be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I've had such a good experience last year that I traded in by Compass for the Cherokee this year. Mike was amazing and worked with me to stay within my budget for exactly want I was looking for. I've worked with other dealers and had that used car salesman promising me things and never coming through for them, Mike went out his way to make sure I got everything I wanted and even extra! We visited several Jeep dealerships in the Washington, DC area prior to visiting Criswell Jeep in Gaithersburg, and of all the sales associates we worked with, Leon was by far the most knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited). He had a strong knowledge of all the options and trim levels and he walked us through the purchasing process. We left the dealership with a deposit down on a new Jeep and felt confident with our purchase.

Wanted to comment on our recent experience at Criswell where we purchased a new Grand Cherokee. To summarize this was by far the easiest, stress/hassle free car buying experience we have ever had. Bill Flowers was excellent to deal with, very responsive and straight forward. We did not encounter any of the typical negotiation tactics (speaking with 5 different managers, etc) and even the initial price offered was very fair. I had done the research ahead of time so we discussed very openly with Bill some strategies to meet our budget requirements and within a few minutes we were set. The remainder of the process financing, paperwork etc was done very efficiently and without hassle. We would highly-recommend you put Criswell on your list when shopping for a new vehicle.

Called Criswell to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Mike Long answered the call. Mike came to my office to pick me up and let me drive the Jeep back to the dealership. While driving back, Mike did a great job explaining many of the Jeep's features. Once we got back to the dealership Mike was very professional and gave me a very fair price for the vehicle. He put zero pressure on me as we discussed options. In fact, Mike told me which options might make sense and which ones would not. Finally, at the end of the transaction Mike did a great job walking me through all of the features of my new Jeep until I was completely satisfied. Thanks Mike Long for putting me in a very cool Wrangler.

I was looking for a Jeep for my mother. Mike spent at least 6 hours trying to find her the best car for her needs. He remained positive and helpful throughout the shopping experience, even though she did not make a purchase.

The trade in was a smooth transition and before long we had a newly washed, waxed and fueled Chrysler 200. We cannot imagine a better experience than we had with Mike Long and Criswell. This car was a surprise birthday present for my husband which left the lot driving his new car and wearing the biggest smile he could manage. Thank you to Mike and Criswell for a great experience!

My husband and I just purchased a Grand Cherokee from Carl (Criswell) on 10/12/13! Working with Carl was so easy. We never felt pressured and he always took the time to answer all of our questions without feeling rushed. Carl was also very thorough in showing us how everything works since it's all computerized now. I would definitely refer anyone I know who is looking for this brand to car!

Mike Long knows Jeeps. He was very helpful in choosing the right one. He went out of his way to personally pick up the Jeep for me.

Leon was great, he really listened to what we wanted and helped us through the purchasing process. My husband and I enjoyed working with him very much. Stacey and Andrew were big help as well.

Leon was great help in my choice here to purchase the Dodge Charger. He was very informative about the car. In fact, everyone there was great!

I felt I was dealt fairly and honestly, without the stereotypic double talk. One of the few times I've walked out of a dealership not feeling slimy. The salesman even drove to another dealership on his day off to get the car. GREAT SERVICE!

This has got to be one of the best car buying experience for me. We found what we wanted quickly, no hassle. Had such a good experience, we came back the next day and helped our son purchase a truck from the same salesperson.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and i would definitely recommend asking for Bill to help you out. He truly makes car buying a pleasant experience.
