This Doctors' office has the rudest front office staff that I have ever come across! I went in today on my lunch break to pick up paperwork that was supposed to be ready from yesterday. When I walked up to the front desk, the lady with the long dirty blond hair with dark highlights that sits to the left got up and walked away! No "Hello" or "Be with you in a minute". I let it go thinking she will be right back because she sees me here and she did not leave the area. Nope!!! Instead of coming back she stopped to listen to a personal story that one of the other ladies was telling. There I was standing at the front desk waiting politely while the front desk office was packed with 5-6 staff members listening to a restaurant experience that one of the ladies had. I started counting because that is what I do to keep me from being the aggressive party. I usually count to 10 and then take action. This time I counted all the way to 25 before I said "Excuse me". Well, that got the attention of the lady with the long dirty blond hair. I told her what I was there for and she asked my name. It was then that one of the other ladies standing in the back remembered me from yesterday and told me that the paperwork wasn't ready. I do not think that they realize that patients like me PAY THEIR BILLS. I stopped going to this office before because of the unprofessional front office staff. Maybe I'll stop going again and find another family doctor.
