Overall

Initial Impression Of The Guest House Inn & Suites (Now The Guest Lodge) Was Positive. Marisol & Omar Were Very Accommodating & After Agreeing Upon A Monthly Rate & Minimum Length Of Stay, (Made Arrangements To Stay 3-6 Months While Waiting For Our Apartment To Become Available). After The 2nd Month, Jay (The Owner) Doubled Our Rate Without Telling Us & When We Wanted To Discuss The Terms Of Our Agreement With Him, He Refused & Literally Kicked Us Out Into The Street With 2 Children At Like 8pm. To Add Insult To Injury, He Only Gave Us Like 2 Hours To Vacate Our Temporary Apartment Before Threatening To Have Us Forcible Removed. The Almost The Entire Staff Is Rude & Honestly Feel Their Guests Are A Nuisance. They Ridicule & Make Fun Of People With Disabilities & The ONLY 2 People There Who Were Even Remotely Nice To Us Were Marisol & Omar. Eventually Omar Was The ONLY Employee That Would Even Acknowledge Us! Really Went Down Hill Fast!! DO NOT STAY THERE! MOTEL 6 IS SO MUCH NICER!!
