* Go with a hardwood floor company who has done this for 20+ yrs and has had the same employees who will be working in your home for almost as long.

* Speak with ACTUAL paying customers who are not family prior to any money exchange.

* Never allow any contractors alone in your home and always inspect work at milestones.

Pizazz floors is wonderful. I had my granite counters installed in my kitchen and it was planned during my vacation. When I walked into my kitchen upon my return I almost fainted, I thought that I had walked into a different kitchen. Eric and Gloria were both so accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The work that they do is spectacular and I can't wait to plan another project with them!

My experience with Pizazz Floors was fantastic. Eric understood what I was looking for in terms of design and functionality for my hardwood flooring project and the end product exceeded my expectations. He and his crew were considerate and attentive to detail and all along the way were concerned with my satisfaction. It is wonderful to deal with a company that takes pride in their workmanship. Eric and the whole team at Pizazz Floors & Interior Design are a pleasure to work with. Pizazz Floors remodeled our kitchen (Tuscan inspired), installed a custom american cherry hardwood boarder in my great room, and refinished all my hardwood floors. Eric, made my experience very fun and stress free. He was on time or early every day! He is a lot of fun to shop with, and has great taste. Over all, I was very impressed by his kean attention to detail, willingness to listen to me, creativity, and the wonderful craftsmanship that he provides. Incredible design work! I first used Pizazz for granite and crown molding in my townhouse in Alpharetta. I had a very positive experience, so I later called on Pizazz when I moved to my new home in Gainesville to install hardwood floors, a glass backsplash, and stonework around my fireplace. Again, I was beyond pleased with the quality work and service they provided. They most recently helped me remodel my office. We did an intricate coffered ceiling and, being the huge Bulldog fan that I am, I had them install a Georgia “G” made of exotic wood into my hardwood floors. To say it turned out awesome is really an understatement. Everyone that sees the room is blown away! I would not hesitate to recommend Pizazz Floors to anyone looking to do any flooring or design work in their home.

We chose Pizazz Floors to complete our hardwood refinishing after meeting with Eric and finding that he was very personable, yet professional, at the same time. In subsequent meetings he and his staff continued to display the courtesy and professionalism that we had expected. Eric came personally to our home on multiple occasions whether we had a question, needed to look at another sample to make a decision, or to just verify that the work was done to their high standard. Next time we need any home improvements done, we will know exactly who to call! Our floors and staircase look amazing and we are so pleased with our decision.

They did my floors in my Atlanta home and I wish I could have done this years ago. The detail in the craftsmanship was something you only see in old homes. They even did a wood floral design in my entryway that EVERYONE compliments me on. Thanks again guys!
