Epic Air was sent out through my home warranty to fix my furnace. The first time they came out the system worked for less than a day. The second time they came out they said that the system needed parts, 3 days later they contacted me to say that the parts weren't available and that the home warranty company would be replacing my furnace. Third visit they replace my furnace, during the install my gas shut off valve was busted and they allowed approximately 30-40% of a 500 gallon propane tank to leak into my home. I was not aware of the massive leak until later however directly after the install there was water pouring from the unit. Upon inspection I found that they had incorrectly connected my exhaust vent and it was leaking everywhere. Being as I am kind of handy I decided it was easier for me to replace the incorrectly installed union and reseal it myself, the condensation stopped leaking. I was happy to be through with them... but I wasn't. Three days later more water begins leaking from the unit, they come out a fourth time to find that the brand new condensation trap was leaking. Fifth visit they replace the faulty trap, then the real headache begins. It dawns on me that I should check my gas usage after 3 days of having a working furnace, that's when I find that my tank had been depleted by such a massive amount. I call on a wednesday and speak to Sandy she tells me that she will speak to here manager and call me back. I called each day through the next monday, finally on Monday afternoon they pick up and Sandy tells me that there is nothing they can do for me. Needless to say I am furious, I am out $385 worth of propane and now trying to get the home warranty company to help me. I will NEVER let EPIC Air back into my home.

My home warranty company contacted Epic and they came out the next day. They did not show up on time they came EARLY! That never happens. Already a good start. Mike was the technician that arrived and was professional and went right to work. 20-30 minutes later, problem solved. No extra charges and instead of swealtering in a 88 degree house, we now have air conditioning again! Fantastic experience.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time.very unprofessional,the lady in the office has to be related to owner. Never returns calls, and when you get her to answer the phone she passes of her job on to you

Lito from Epic Air promptly and diagnosed all parts of my outdoor condensing unit, then correctly fixed the problem. He was the most thorough technician that I have ever experienced. I had phoned in my service request on a Saturday and Epic Air was able to schedule service for Monday morning.

Choice Home Warranty assigned our A/C repair to Epic Air and within one minute of hearing from Choice who had been assigned Epic Air called. They said they would be out for the repair between 12:00 and 2:00...a bit before 2:00 my A/C was repaired. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Don't waste your time with these folks! Don't know how you would even schedule something with them anyways considering they NEVER answer the phone. Our air conditioner was leaking freon and the first technician that came out refilled the freon but couldn't find the leak to fix because "he let his buddy borrow his tool". So of course a month later we are in the same position in the summer heat. After multiple voicemails and calls I finally get someone to come back out to fix the issue. They stay 5 mins and the problem is "fixed". The problem still isn't fixed even though I've paid for the service, and nobody will return my phone calls or voice mails to come out and actually fix it. I would rather pay AGAIN for another company to come out and actually fix it, than have these idiots come back again. So unprofessional.

I would give them a ZERO if it were an option. ELEVEN DAYS and still sweating. Our AC was out on July 3. They did not show up for their appointment on the 6th. The first repairman flipped a reset switch and called it fixed. Within an hour it was not working again. The second guy came on Friday and was going to order a part. It is THURSDAY. We finally called EPIC and found out the part is not covered under our warranty. So when were they going to tell us this???? We have waited and waited and waited.... ELEVEN days and we are no better off. AND they got paid for a service call. Find another AC contractor.

We had Epic Air repair our furnace, and I couldn't be happier (which is not something I often say in regards to home repairs). Our furnace stopped working New Year's Eve, and I figured that when I left a voicemail on Friday, January 1, I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday. However, I received a call back an hour later, and they came out the next morning, on a Saturday! They called ahead to let me know the arrival time, stayed in contact with me regarding a part that had to be ordered, and performed the repair at a very reasonable price. I am impressed all the way around!

I highly recommend Epic Air! My heat was not blowing warm and I called Epic. They responded quickly and came out the next morning. David identified the problem, had the part on the truck & fixed in a jiffy! Very knowledgeable & reasonable. Everything you want in an HVAC company!
