        Evidently someone put a glass bottle underneath my tire and I proceeded to back over it, which left a gash in my tire enough to hear the seep.



        Discount tire was the closest tire place and I was in an emergency while on the clock for work, so I pulled in for help. Help is what I didn't receive even if I wanted to pay for it.



        Because the cut in the tire was right on the edge of the side wall, Discount tire would not service me. My only choice there was to buy a whole new tire, which is of course not practical to a common folk like myself.



        Discount tire was kind enough to put some air in my tire and send me on down the road, and luckily I had a friend in town to go to.



        He recommended North Hall Tire. When I got to North Hall Tire, not only did they service me quickly, but they did it for FREE.. Of course I tipped.



        I would say that the lesson here is to support our local tire shops, because they'll actually support the community and be there when we need them. Corporate places like Discount Tire just won't be there when you really need them.

        Discount Tire in Gainesville is the best!!!

        Top notch service from John and the guys at discoint tire! Fast, quality work is all I have peraonally encountered when taking my vehicle(s) to this store time and time again. Very friendly staff as well!!!
