SWI Photography

SWI does the photos for my kids school and I have had 2 bad experiences with them in the past 4 years. Two years ago, we had ordered a classroom picture for my son that we never received, but another classmate had received 2 and gave us one. Unfortunately it was wrinkled and worn. This year, my daughter had her glasses on which she tends to wear lower on her face due to having long eyelashes. The photographer decided to push the glasses on my daughters face without asking her which caused her eyes to tear. Her picture was terrible with obvious tearing, but due to our schedule I wasn't able to do a retake. In my opinion, it Is unacceptable for a photographer to do this to a child without asking or explaining what they were doing as my daughter would have quickly pointed out that her eyes would tear if the glasses were closer to her face. I hope my school looks at other options.
