Forever 21

One of the employees, Alisa, is immensely helpful! She's a Japanese/American from Tokyo, Japan. I love to talk to her! She is kind, patient, a good listener, and cares about people. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she will find someone who does. She's a gem!

Do not go there. I had a problem with one of the employees there just being overly cocky and rude. I was upset to realize it was there new store manager. His name is Anthony. I miss the for love 21, all the people there were nice, even the old forever they were nice except there fat manager.. now i have to find a new place to shop :(

The store overall is big and has a lot of merchandise but when I had a question I asked the 1st person I seen who turned out to be an a$$hole out of this world. IT WAS THE STORE MANAGER!! The guy was just rude, I think he doesn't like women at all... I asked another worker there and they told me his name is TONY the ****sucker ... Now that's bad when your employees say that about you to a customer! I SAY DON'T GO THERE WHILE TONY WORKS THERE. When i asked the employee why she said that, she told me he likes no one there except the gay guys and is super mean and even pays one girl below min. wage.... I left w/o buying anything I don't support people like him and I believe the girl because of how he talked down on me.
