To start my day with poop in my shower was horrifying. I contacted Dampier Septic, after talking with the office personnel I was relieved that they could come out the same day to pump out my septic tank . The technician arrived promptly, had the tank uncovered and pumped out within 30 minutes. He took the time to show me the problem was the filter and not my drainfield. What a relief. Would highly recommend Dampier Septic to everyone in need of septic advice. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

Dampier���s waited more than a year to send me a bill of over $200 for work that took a few minutes (attaching an electrical cord from a generator to a well) and for which they did not say they would charge. Instead, they added the charge unexpectedly when I called them out again for other, unrelated work. I carefully saved for the new work to be done and had the money immediately, but not the additional $200, and they did not tell me about the charge until after the new work had been done. When I could not pay within 90 days, they put a lien on my property without warning, despite my assurances that I would pay them as soon as I could. When I called ahead to make sure I had the exact amount, they waited until I had made the 30 mile trip to tell me about an extra $50 late fee. The woman who does the billing is absolutely inflexible and as nasty as can be.
