Overall

My family and I moved in over the summer and was welcomed with open arms by the staff. Had a few minor repairs like the dime that got stuck in the garbage disposal that were quickly fixed. Plus, the pool always is clean as is the work-out room and the basketball court. They even had a back-to-school bash where they served everyone barbecue. Then earlier this week, my boys and I were rushing to school and were surprised by the staff handing out grab-and-go breakfasts full of muffins, apples, granola bars, fruit chews, orange juice and more that helped fill my little guys tummies better than they're breakfast had because we were running late.

The value you get for the size of each apartment already makes this a great place to stay, but the staff going above and beyond with genuine kindness and all the little extras make this the best place I've ever rented from.

Watch out the office member of this apartment!!

I have lived one year this apartment.

At first month when I moved in, my rental unit was over flooded by rain water, so I had to move second floor. Now, A/C has not working with warm mode, and refrigerator has a leak water since I moved in. I have gutted it out, but I can not stand to take next thing.

My rental finish date was 28th June, and the apartment has a rule that if the resident fails to give at least a 60 day written notice, resident shall be liable to owner for liquidated damages equal to one month's rent.

In 30th April, before 60 days ago from rental period expiration, My wife officially visit office and told to office manager that just we'd like to extend rental period only one month after initial rental term, and we are going to move out late July. It was accepted, but the manager DID NOT ASK any document to sign.

After that, in 22nd July, I visited the office and told them we are going to move out at 27th July. At this time, they ASKED ME TO SIGN FORMED PAPER about moving out, and they told me that I have to pay penalty charge because I did not notice my move out date. I appealed them my wife done it, but they said that it was just extending one month after rental period, and they have no any signed paper about my moving out.

They demand me to pay one month rental fee.
