Doctors Care PC

My daughter has been having symptoms of panic attacks, which also mimic other health issues. She just transferred all of her medical records to Dr. Stephanie Morgan at Doctors Care. The problem with that is, you see whoever is there, not your doctor. We went Saturday after she fasted to have blood work done to check her sugar because the symptoms of anxiety attacks also mimic hypoglycemia. All we wanted was her blood checked. Dr. Page refused to see her and made us go to the emergency room. He never saw her face to face. He never asked her one question. He never laid eyes on her as far as we know. He simply refused to see her and I continued questioning the front-office ladyuntil I finally found out he did not write prescriptions for anxiety medication. Why would any provider worry about a prescription when they haven't even checked the patient yet to see what the problem is? We did not want any medication; we just wanted to know that her symptoms were nothing serious. We went to Riverview at a $375 copay to find out that it was not her sugar, thank God. I will be sending this bill to Dr. Page, since he is the reason we incurred this ridiculous amount. Thank you Dr Page... For nothing!! Perhaps in the future, you should meet with and speak with your patients, prior to deciding that they are looking for drugs. We were offered medication at the emergency room, and we turned it down because that is not what we were after. Your pretty judgmental attitude has now cost us $375. Oh wait, you will be getting that bill. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath??

I came in for my appointment and since my doctor wasn't there after waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes they refused to give me my medicine and the doctor on staff wouldn't write my prescription they took my copay money I sat in triage and they did nothing the doctor didn't even see me now
I'm going threw withdrawals

Fantastic Doctor! Dr. Clifton was amazing and the office was Wonderful. I will never go anywhere else!
